Historian parasta rainaa varten, me kaipaamme pelastavia enkeleitä varmistamaan speksin näkyvyyden sekä ennen kaikkea apuja rahakirstun pohjalle. Miten tämä sitten mahdollistetaan? -No tietenkin timanttisella mainosmyyntitiimillä!
Mainosmyyntitiimi on yhteydessä eri firmoihin tarkoituksenaan kertoa produktion tärkeydestä, ennennäkemättömyydestä ja merkityksellisyydestä sekä tekijöille että koko opiskelijayhteisölle. Onnistuneella keskustelulla me toteutamme luovaakin luovempia mainoksia esimerkiksi käsikirjoitteuina pätkinä osana näytelmää, bändin toimesta toteutettuina korvamatoina rainan lavalla tai mainoksena käsiohjelmassa. Yhteistyökuviot sovitaan aina kiinnostuneen tahon kanssa ja kiitokseksi rainabudjetti kiittää.
Olisitko sinä motivoitunut myymään mainoksia yhdessä tätä tekevää ja osaavaa porukkaa? Tyhjän panttina ei tietenkään sinunkaan tarvitse hommia painaa, vaan koko muun työporukan kiitoksen lisäksi tätä paiskitaan kaksiportaisen provisiomallin mukaisesti.
Myyjä käärii bruttona provisiota 10% jokaisesta myymästään mainoksesta. Mikäli tiimi kuitenkin pääsee kokonaismyynnissä myyntitavoitteeseen, tavoitteen yli jääneestä summasta toinen 10% jaetaan myyjien kesken suhteutettuna jokaisen omaan osuuteen kokonaispotista.

For the best production in history, we crave a few saving angels to ensure the visibility of the NääsPeksi and, above all, to gather up a nice little nest egg. How is this possible then? Well, of course, with a fabulous ad sales team!
The advertising sales team is in contact with different companies with the intention of communicating the importance, unprecedentedness and relevance of the production to both the makers and the student body as a whole. Through great conversation, we implement even more creative advertisements — for example, as scripted snippets as part of our play, as earworms performed by the band on the stage or as a printed advertisement in our program. Cooperation patterns are always agreed upon with the interested party, and our budget sighs of relief.
Would you be motivated to sell ads together with a group of experienced and knowledgeable people? Of course, you don’t have to do all this work for nothing, as in addition to the praise of the rest of the maker group, the sales team will be compensated in accordance with a two-tier commission model.
Every seller gets a 10% gross commission for each ad they sell. However, if the team together reaches their goal in total sales, each team member will get an extra 10% commission for their share of the amount which exceeds the set goal amount.
